MDF is priced per board by thickness and finish, so there is nothing useful to put in a grid. Send us a panel list and you get a price for the boards, the cutting and the edging together.
About mdf
Medium density fibreboard. Both faces are flat and closed, so it takes paint, PVC film and veneer without a grain pattern telegraphing through. That is why nearly every sprayed kitchen door in Nairobi starts as MDF.
It routs cleanly, which is what makes a shaker profile or a curved return possible at all. It also drinks water. Keep it out of unsealed wet areas and seal every cut edge on a worktop or a vanity.
Sold by the board or cut to your list. Standard sheets are 2440 x 1220mm in 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 25mm.
