Workshop

Cut to size

Send a panel list, collect finished pieces squared on both axes.

You send the sizes. We cut them on a calibrated beam saw, check them, and stack them in the order you will build in.

The tolerance is plus or minus 1mm, squared on both axes. That is tight enough that twelve carcasses cut on the same list stand up together on site without anyone reaching for a shim. It is the difference between a fitting day and a fitting week.

Bring your own board if you have it. We price that per cut rather than per sheet, and we will tell you before we start if the board is bowed enough to fight the saw.

The list you approve is the list we cut. Check your figures at that point, because it is the last moment where a mistake costs nothing.
