Hinge boring machine
Every hinge cup and shelf hole drilled to the same setting-out.
What it holds
- 35mm hinge cups with fixing holes
- 32mm system holes for carcass fittings
- Shelf-pin lines drilled consistently
- Doors arrive ready to hang
What it does
Drills the 35mm hinge cup and the fixing holes together, from one setting-out, on every door in the run. A door drilled by hand is a door that needs adjusting on site, and a kitchen of them is an afternoon of adjusting.
The same machine bores shelf-pin lines and the 32mm system holes a carcass is built on. Getting those consistent is what lets a shelf sit level in any position rather than only the one it was drilled for.
Send the door schedule with the hinge type and side, and doors arrive ready to hang.
